So I just got a Blackberry Storm 2 (9950) and I would like to unlock it so I can use it on another carrier....anyone have a free unlock code for me? I could send the information you would need to make the code or whatever. Do people even use the Storm2 phone anymore? Thanks!
This is also my first time using/experiencing a Blackberry phone....usually I am an iPhone guy.

I am following the steps to get my MEP ID, but when I am typing in the KEY to bring up the OS Engineering Screen it doesnt work (like no screen pops up when I enter the key)
Or am I not entering the KEY correct? I have never messed with a blackberry before this. period.
You don't need the MEP ID, you have the option of picking the 48 hour service which does not require the MEP ID code.Quote:
