Tour 220.127.116.11 and BES not working
Hello, I just updated my blackberry Tour from Verizon to 18.104.22.168. Called my IT helpdesk and had them setup my account for Enterprise Activation.
The Ent Act process started and completed asking me to reboot my BB, which I did. When the BB came back up I have ZERO emails from work. My Outlook calendar is syncronized as well as my outlook contacts, but NO email.
I called IT helpdesk up again and said I needed to activate again. Kicked it off and the only being setup now is "Spell Check Options Initializing".
Anyway to fix this? Do I need to roll back to the VZ build?
forget it.. email is coming in!
Sorry for my posts I get nervous without my BB working!
Now to test the bluetooth - fingers crossed
