Tour thinks we're in Canada??

Hi, I just bought my fiance a BB Tour today and everything seems to be working fine except when browsing web pages, it thinks we're in Canada and when we go into the BB App Store, all prices show as non-US prices?? I've checked time zone and everything else I can think to check. Any ideas??

What OS are you running.. and try clicking on it like your going to buy an app.. but then DONT buy the app and back out... should be back to normal.

OS is 4.7.1.40. That's how it came. I don't want to mess with it yet, it was her b-day gift. I did as suggested, went to buy, backed out and it said default currency is changed to USD. Thanks for the help!!
