What did you guys do or say to get your Tour replaced after 30 days for a new one at the store?
I am having massive Trackball problems and its annoying. Also, what is the date of the new batch that was shipped with the "fix" ?

Here are the situations that I have seen
1- you call up for a replacement and VZW tells you that they have no refurb's in stock so they will send you out a new one.
Below is what I did:
2- I called VZW and told them it was a known issues with the trackball on the Tour and how could they guarantee me that the refurb would not have the same issue. I know they got fixed models in stock and I wanted one of those.

Bryan, did you get a new Tour in a BB Tour box?
I dread getting a refurb since its only been about 40-45 days, so i might have to call them up and give that a try.

They gave me such a hard time. After an hour of talking to verizon they give me a refurbished tour! I'm glad you guys were able to get a new one. Cause now my mute button doesn't want to work on the "like new refurb". Its very annoying.
