Thread: cant back up apps

Takin it back to radio shack tomorrow to trade it in for another one. "Trackball issues" wont go up and down. BBSAK wont back up apps. Or else there is no 3rd party apps on it. It's my wifes and i dont install anything on it for her.

It's backed up from BBDM. I have .40 on it. So should i do factory reset before i give it back or just give it to them as is?
