How come no one talks about the large font issue anymore?

I still have the big font issue on my Tour running 4.7.1.40 and been searching the web and I don't see any fixes. I know when I had .191 on my last tour it fixed it but I still want you use 4.7 so I can use google talk. Does 4.7.1.42 fix the problem?

It's LARGE. I had the issue on 40 also. I believe it's fixed for some e-mails on 42? I could be wrong but I think I read that at CB.

    found this in google:

If you have font size 10 or 11 with HTML turned on you will get the large fonts.

Until an OS patch comes out, select a font size different than above and or turn off HTML email

    try it without HTML
select the get plain text option in the message until it's resolved.

Sure. I have a few accounts from BIS one of which includes GMAIL. Somehow there was a problem with HTML and GMAIL from the BB messages. Even if the font is 7 for example the screen shows a huge font. So the way around it is like the other user mentioned to not use HTML email or each time select get plain text.

in your email, go into options and email settings...from there you should be able to choose to turn off HTML.
For example, on the Storm it shows
Enable HTML Email: you need to choose Yes or No
