AVI format usually is pretty friendly when playing videos.

MP4 should work just fine... When you changed os's, did you shrink it or add a hybrid?

Are you sure your getting an MP4 format? I haven't been on the site your talking about but I have been in other sites that and downloaded stuff that said it was supposed to be a specific, but was something else when it made it to my pc. The other thing is... How much memory do you have left after downloading, and are you putting them on your sd or phone... I have 4 MP4 movies in my Tour and have had no problems. Last thing may be a wipe and clean install.

this is what it says they are MPEG-4 Movie (.mp4).. still no playing.. but if I play put AVI on my phone they play fine.. and even if i convert from mp4 to avi it reboots.. so its seems AVI is all it Plays... I will try wiping phone

What version do u have on your tour

I'm having the exact same issue. Some mp4 will play while others don't. I recommend just converting them to AVI and you will not have any problems.
