If you just saw the youtube Video of a very intuitive person with atout and the the video he made to show people how to swap a trackball on the tour, you would not be so anxious to do it believe me.
Mie luckily has been perfect since day 1 out of the box and remains that way.
Just thought I would throw that in.
I've taken a look at several videos. Fortunately since I swapped my Tour it's spot on. The green dot is "so-far-so-good".
Ok Sprint store Tech here. And TM can vouch for that. Right now as per Sprint policy a Tour with trackball issues is swapped out. Now if its within 30 days of activation it should be in store. If its out of that then your looking at one being ordered most likely. Alot of that depends on the store and the management there. Weve been told by our Blackberry rep that it was a hardware issue but the newer devices and the replacement models should be good. So looks like its the same on this side as with VZW.
