    So FRUSTRATED!!!!!!

    Ok Guys I need to vent here. I got my replacement device (9630) from Sprint yesterday, and it has been well over 24 hours and I have not been able to get on the network at all! I have called them all day and they keep saying there is an outage and it is effecting people with new data plans!!!! Have walked through it with them from wiping the phone to reprogramming....I am so SICK of updating my profile!!! Sorry I needed to vent! I love the phone otherwise but this has been the longest I have been without network!!! :aargh4:

    It is unfortunate. A lot of people have been out of network and it stinks that it happens during a time you get a replacement phone. Keep your head up and be patient. You will be able to rock out your new phone in no time. In the mean time you should play around with one of the hybrids or OS releases.

    I know it sucks, but there our outages between all the networks... sucks for me at home interment emails

    I know there was an outage yesterday, BBM and all other BIS... have you been able to log in and change your device info on Sprints BIS site?

    I may be repeating a step, but you may be able to get your service books in and that might help. Cycling the radio off and on, doing the HRT registration from a point further down in the table, the only other thing i can think of (outage not considered) is possibly an authentication issue with your carrier. CDMA can have a problem with that, but i dont have Sprint so I wouldnt know where togo fom there.

    Hope you can get rid of paper wieght mode soon....

    I know Sprint has been changing things with the new free mobile to mobile on any network plan. Network has been in an out.
