Thread: 5.0.0.191 Tour OS secretly confirming info

With the information/news about the recent leaked 5.0.0.191 OS for the Storm contained some "hidden" information, I decided to take a look at the 5.0.0.191 for the Tour. Low and behold, there was a user guide sitting there waiting to be read. One thing that stood out was the section talking about Wi-Fi. Again, the current Tours do not have Wi-Fi so this only adds to the confirmation that the next set of Tours will have Wi Fi!! Thank god!!

You need to get FoxIt Reader and dump Acrobat.

The user guide that was extracted from the .191 I downloaded is for a curve 8900 which make the WiFi a mute point. Might look at the first page of the user guide to see which model it shows on yours.

Is this PDF somewhere? I'm trying to figure out if there's a shortcut to switching between browser tabs.

OK. I'm on a 5.0 hybrid OS that has browser tabs and trying to figure out if there's a short cut. Thanks for the reply.

The 191 does not have tab browsing. If you are looking for a stable OS with tab browsing, the 140 has the tab browsing.

So when exactly do we get tabbed browsing, in 5.8 OS?

lol....that is a good question. I believe storm 2 will have tab browsing and I can only imagine that the next leak will have tab browsing as well. When that leak will be who knows, but it would be nice to see to get a camera fix and tab browsing.
