I have noticed that Visual Voice Mail for the tour does not automatically sync. I have to wait till the voice mail message hits my phone, open VVM and tell it to sync for it to pick the message up. Is anybody else running into this?

I have it on my Tour and it's been working as it should since it was put on it. No problems here, knock on wood. Don't know what would cause that.
Hmm odd my Syncs fine, maybe try reinstalling it ?

Solution
Contact Verizon at 1-800-922-0204 and get into Blackberry support. Tell them you switched from a Storm to a Tour and VVM is not working properly. What the Verizon tech has to do is go into their database and refresh whatever record is necessary for VVM to be tagged to your device.
Once this is done, VVM will function just like it should.
That did it. It was a VZW issue they had to fix on their end.
