Absolutely Bryan. I took mine back to Verizon today because I was giving it to my wife to update her Curve 8330.
I talked them into it and they gave me a new one. It too is from Mexico and has all the same issues as my review from earlier. She loves it so that is all that matters...I am loving being back on my Storm with .151.
