    so where is my browser/email?

don't take that as a noob question. i activated my tour, and there is no browser app. what gives? also, when i go to email set up the only option is for enterprise server, not personal email.

Have done a battery pull? Also, check the apps folder. And last question, when you installed DM, did you select BES or BIS? Hope this helps you.

If your DM is set up BES, uninstall DM, restart pc, then reinstall and make sure to select BIS.

DM = Desktop Manager try Olta suggestion and that should get you squared away.

Did you receive this phone in the mail? the reason I ask is because you could have the same problem I had the other day, which was RIM was workin on there servers and it took forever for the service books to download, leaving me with no browser after initial setup. If it isn't what I'm sayin its what they are sayin.

Edit: also my email was the same way until service books came in.
