Alright Canadians, you now have two choices when it comes to carriers for your brand new BlackBerry Tour - both Bell and Telus have now launched at this point. Telus, coming late to the race, now has their version up for grabs: $299.99 on a 3-year contract, $499.99 on a 2-year, $549.99 on a 1-year, and $599.99 with no contract at all. New customers can grab the Tour right now for $229.99 with a data plan, which really is not that bad for the hottest BlackBerry out there. One little caveat though at this point is that it seems while they have released the device, there seems to be no stock in stores until Wednesday.

Hopefully all the people that their status said backordered, can have their tours now

I was told be telus yesterday that they are already out of stock... This is the reason they didnt' post a pre order option. All on hand units have been shipped out to various locations. She went on to say it could be a 1-2 month back order. at:

My local telus store says they "might" get five or six. One of my friends over on the island says he is only getting 3. They should be rec'ing them some time today and are not allowed to sell them until tomorrow.

If you just dying to get your hands on one it's time to pull some strings or book off work and hit the store first thing in the am.

I'm good on my end. I know a few really pissed off storm owners that are more then willing to.
I think ebay and craigslist will be the place to go soon enough.

It's pretty expensive for what it is. When telus first posted it they had it tagged at 429.99 with a 3yr :Eyecrazy:

$700.00 thats crazyness...however I'll have a smoking deal on a 9530 for after thursday :lmao:
