that is correct. No themes will work with the Tour. RIM needs to update plazmic first. And there is not ETA on that yet.

So how many of u expect your Tours today?

Well on the start of Day 3 with the Tour. I have had to do a couple of battery pulls due to SMS and Emails not sending. I think it is just the newness though ( I have the problem with my Storm once in awhile)

Battery life was the same yesterday as my Storm. Still hoping that gets better over time. I thought with half the screen it would last quite a bit longer. That is not the case.

I deleted the 9630 Demo movie which is stored on Device Memory.

It was 6 MB and moved my memory up to 127 with 15 apps!

I am seeing a issue when sending SMS and Emails, 4 times yesterday I composed the message and hit send, it sticks in the same spot for 15 seconds (I counted) and then sends the message. This is a problem if that continues.

Battery door continues to be a pain. I can still get my fingernail in between it and the back of the phone. Not a huge deal, but I worry about dust and stuff getting into the guts of the phone.

I am trying to love this phone, but at this point I am still taking the Storm with straight .151 as a better overall device.

Charger spot sucks! I am right handed and I cannot talk, compose a message and charge at the same time.

Just giving an update....
Got the Tour yesterday. It's still working perfectly, no problems. Still have the Storm, too.
I love the keyboard. Really like all the shortcuts you have with it.
That being said, I am really, really missing the Storm's screen size. I use the GPS every day and with Garmin on the Storm, it's really easy to look at the screen quickly and see the surrounding streets. With the Tour and VZNav, it is different. Might sound odd, but with the Storm it's a quick glance and with the Tour it's something that I am having to switch my attention to since the names of the streets are much smaller. I have to physically hold it up to be able to read it. Not the safest thing to be doing while driving
Another thing, using BB messenger is sort of a pain compared to the Storm. I have to scroll the screen up and down to see different conversations/contacts. With the Storm it's usually able to fit on the screen without having to scroll it. For some reason, that is just annoying as heck to me.
My wife has the 8830 and is happy with it. She doesn't have our disease, so she doesn't get all worked up and giddy over a new phone. That being said, she played around with the Tour quite a bit last night and really liked it. Big improvement over the 8830, I think.
I was planning on going and getting her the Tour this weekend, but am now leaning toward giving her this one and me going back to the Storm. I love the form factor and the keyboard/shortcuts of the Tour, but I think in the end that the larger screen of the Storm is going to have me going back to it.

I like it. Still keep touching the screen to open things. lol. This is the first physical keyboard BB I've owned. Still using my Storm during the day at work. (don't want to get the Tour dirty. lol) I ESN swap out the Storm when I get home from work. Its definitely different.
