My local store opens at 11:00am. Manager told me they got 100 Tours in. I'll be there at 10:00am.

Was passing by my local VZW store yesterday afternoon. Guy said they (also) got 100 units in. He said he really didn't expect any rush and he'd be very surprised if they sold even half of the 100 today.

Been very happy with my Storm running .151, and suspect I'll miss the big screen, but will give the Tour a try later today.

Just left my local verizon. Had it in my hands to buy. CS guy said it would be 299 with no discounts available. Tried to tell him he was wrong, but you can't rationalize with a Moron. Told him to stick it and left. Heading to Bestbuy now.

Here's an update. After I cooled down a little from the Verizon retardo, I called my local Bestbuy. The guy there said they were 199.99 upgrade price. I told him I saw it online for 99.99/149.99. He never questioned it and said he would price match. After looking at my account he said he couldn't give me promotional pricing because his computer didn't show I was eligible. So I call Verizon CS and the lady told me that I was, but he couldn't see it on his screen. So I then call Bestbuy back and talked to the guy again and explained what the CS told me. He said he understood I was eligible, so he would figure a way to do it. Ended up he gave me the Phone for 149.99 as an ESN swap. He then told me that doing it that way, I still retained my eligibility date. So I'm still good to go once the Storm2 is released. I have to take back all the bad things I have ever said about Bestbuy. :arms:
