I can't seem to find this in writing on their website, do you know if it is on there? The only thing i can find is info if you have insurance. It might be worth a try though.

sorry its a policy that i know about when i worked there. only csr's know about it u just have to ask about it. you wont find it in writing on the site though. its in there info man resource tool. (they changed name infoman to something else recently though)
