I'll start. Yes. I am. Verizon is claiming I don't have an upgrade until 2010 so if they wont let me just extend my contract then I will tell them I am cancelling then and going to sprint to get the tour, I'm sure they will work with me after I tell them that one.

Hell yeah I'm getting it and the Storm 2 (OBD for life). And yes bitching does work great with VZW. For a telecom company their CS is not bad.

I actually have to say that their CS is top notch (at least for me) I have never gone away mad after I have called with an issue.

Bryan. You may not get anywhere with them...I'm really good at talking to people and talking them into getting what I want..but....they are pretty strong at not moving this upgrade date and saying they cant extend my contract. They told me they can go ahead and cancel the account if I want.

Wow I am surprised. Maybe you just got a bad one. Keep trying with different agents until one allows or talk to a manager (unless you are already did).
