    blackberry curve tour 9630 verizon.

    hey somebody help me !
    now i have problem went to install the os 5.
    ( after wipe devices )the problem is went i want to install the os 5 in bb 9630, in "Application Loader Wizard" they have NO file to ADD or DELETE. so i can't complete my installation. i do know what file to ADD because they have no file to TICK or UNTICK. please help me !!

    Hello merulcore, a couple of things...

    1 - What was your previous OS?

    2 - What version of Desktop Manager do you have installed?

    3 - Did you only have one OS currently installed on your computer?

    okay now i have install os 5 for my bb 9630 verizon.
    but now the problm is i can't enter the apps world.
    they say "Blackberry Apps world is having trouble connecting to the apps server. verify your network connections and try again " ?
    why ? help me joe jerde!!

    I hope I can.

    Lets get the obvious out of the way first. Have yiu performed a proper battery pull restart after installing the OS? To do a restart, take the battery out of yiur device while it is still on and unplugged, wait 45 seconds, put battery back in and turn phone back on. Once its loaded back up completely, try app world again.

    yess joe ! i have pull the batteri and restart. but the problem still same. the apps world cannot enter and "blackberry Apps world is having trouble connecting to the apps server. verify your network connections and try again".

    why ?

    why ?
    Check your settings in 'Manage Connections' to make sure you are getting data.

    Also, you may want to try and update App World. From your device go to... BlackBerry App World

    and another one problem, went i want requesting the *100#, they make a call ? why they not requsting ?

    Who is your carrier and what country are you in?

    Also, have you tried to update App World? Go to the link I posted in my last post from your phone's browser.
