hey somebody help me !
now i have problem went to install the os 5.
( after wipe devices )the problem is went i want to install the os 5 in bb 9630, in "Application Loader Wizard" they have NO file to ADD or DELETE. so i can't complete my installation. i do know what file to ADD because they have no file to TICK or UNTICK. please help me !!

okay now i have install os 5 for my bb 9630 verizon.
but now the problm is i can't enter the apps world.

i have done with step 1 and step 2.
but the problem cannot be slove. why ? went i register now, nothing happen to my bb.

When you said you already had App World installed, have you tried to update it since you updated to OS 5?Quote:

In my opinion,as you don't have email settings,the problem might be with that !
Maybe there is a problem with your data plan making you can't access Blackberry App. World.
Search in your applications for " Email setup " .
At last,I've feeling that the problem might be with your carrier or data plan..

Honestly, merulcore I think its time to call your carrier. It sounds like your phone is not provisioned right. Are you able to browse any web sites from your phone?Quote:
