    maxis and my country is malaysia.
    yes ! i already install apps world. but the problem is same !
    i cant connect my apps world . help me plss

    Step One - Hard Reboot:

    1. Remove battery from the device
    2. Leave the battery out for at least 30 seconds
    3. Replace battery and let the device reboot

    Step Two - Register on Network: (if step one did not solve issue)

    1. From the device go to Options
    2. Select Advanced Options
    3. Select Host Routing Table
    4. Select menu, then 'Register Now'

    Here is how to re-send service books...

    Step one: Hit the Blackberry Button on your device so that the screen with all of your icons is shown.

    Step two: Scroll down and fine one called Email Settings, and click it.

    Step Three: Under Settings there is a link called Service Books, CLICK IT.

    Step Four: Click Send Service Books

    Step Five: Click OK

    Step Six: WITHOUT TURNING THE POWER OFF, remove the battery door and battery, Wait 30 seconds, and put the battery back in.

    i have done with step 1 and step 2.
    but the problem cannot be slove. why ? went i register now, nothing happen to my bb.
    why suppose i do ? helpppp !!

    When you said you already had App World installed, have you tried to update it since you updated to OS 5?

    i have no email setting in my bb 9630, what should i do ? or maybe i dont have email setting so the apps world cannot be run ?
    how i want to download email setting ?

    i do know i upgrade or not. how to upgrde and how to download a email setting ? mybb doest have email setting.
