Status Indicators Disappeared

When receiving texts, emails, bbm, social media, and missed calls my status indicators on the top of my home screen do not display all of a sudden. I get the red star though on the bottom icons though. How do I get these status indicators on the top screen to appear though?? Thank you in advance

We need a little more info, what os are you running? Are you using a stock theme, or a third party theme? does this occur only with wifi turned on? The more info you give us, the easier it is to help.

well I'm not sure if this is the os but its v5.0.0.591...as for the theme its precision zen the one that came with the phone...and the wifi is always on. This just started happening yesterday and I've had the phone for over year. I did download 2 free apps for LED notifications less then a week ago if that has anything to do with it but I don't see how it would.

I think LED apps are not causing anything because you've said that the notifications at the top of home screen don't appear.So in my opinion,the LED Apps. aren't related with home screen notifications !
In my point of view,It might be a problem with the OS.

Something you may want to try if you haven't already, is a battery pull restart. Take you battery out of your phone while it is still on and unplugged, wait about a minute, then put the battery back in and turn phone on. Let us know if this helps.

I took the battery out this morning and it worked! I don't know why I didn't just try that to begin with haha thanks everyone for your help!

You'd be surprised at how many little issues a battery pull can fix. It's good practice to always perform a battery pull restart after you install any apps or themes on your device. This will keep you OS fresh and hopefully from any issues in the future.
