    Default my 9630 keeps restarting 3-4 times a day

    Hi everyone. I have an unlocked verizon 9630 v4.7.1.61(platform 4.1.0.81)
    My phone keeps restarting randomly 3-4 times a day. Plus i cant upgrade my OS too. Please somebody help me. Thanks in advance.

    I suggest checking All In One Guide - How To Upgrade Your Device - with Pictures & Videos .
    Also Check Official OS for Tour 9630 to download the latest official OS.

    thanks ganayni. the BBSAKv1.5_Installer did the trick. after all i could update my bb OS to v5.0.0.732 (bundle 1242, platform 4.2.0.334).
    I hope it solves the random restarting problem.

    v5.0.0.732 (bundle 1242, platform 4.2.0.334) also has the restarting problem. could you suggest a stable OS for 9630?

    I installed the chinamobile 9630 5.0.0.1062 version. Hope it works well. I am reallly pissed because of the random restarting. Isnt the random restarting a common problem??? Is there any fix for it??? please let me know. thanks

    Ya but i will have to ship it and it will take time. No other solution? I have heard a lot of 9630s have restarting problem. Is it true???
