i set it down today when i got home on my desk . went to get some grub . come back and i see the red light . i think ok i got a text of mail . NO my berry wiped it's self back to the error screen when you wipe it :aargh4: :bigeyes:

This is one of the most frustrating things I've had happen to me since I've gotten my BB Tour. I am so p'ed off with this phone I'm about to take it back to best buy and pay the $80-difference on the Samsung Moment (Android OS) and be done with it. The "CHICK" at best buy tonight told me I should only install applications from the Blackberry World as any other applications will crash the phone. Mind you... these applications have worked on the phone Blackberries I've had without any issues (Storm I, Pearl, Curve, and Bold).
I truely hate this phone, or this phone and sprint, or this phone-sprint-OS. WHich ever combination it is, I've had a VERY bad experience with it.
I truely hope someone has a better explanation or better solution for this issue.
ps: though all of this, my trusty iPhone served well as my back up.
