    Cannot connect, call in progress !!!

    Hi all

    am having this issue on my 9630, when i ignore any call i cannot make any outgoing call after it, all i get is Cannot connect, call in progress !!!

    currently am running the hybrid 5.0.0.238, i also ran the leacked 5.0.0.230 booth with the same issue!!

    when running the 4.7 the issue isn't present!!

    but i need the V5 OS as i need Arabic writing support which i found a solution for it only on v5..

    i did all types of OS installation, even wiped the device clean

    am running on the verizon tour, but i live in Bahrain..

    appreciate any possible help

    At present, my only advice is for you to try another OS.
    I would try a straight OS instead of a hybrid.

    This was happening on the storm .230 OS as well, you could try a fix that worked most times-after you ignore the call press BB menu>flash, otherwise like mepascal said and load a new whole OS. The only other thing that will work is the battery pull after each time it happens

    thanx for replies

    this issue isnt there on V4.7 its only there on V5

    and the flash method i use, but sometimes it doesnt show and i need to restart the phone

    did you restore with a back up with 4.7 files present?could just be an issue with reloading 4.7 files into the 5.0 system, this caused a lot of issues with my storm.

    mentioning that, i did reload a backup of v 4.7 after installing the V5, ill do a wipe out again and check..

    i did a full wipe and new installation of v5 os without doing any restore, but still the same

    I think your only options are to try a different straight 5.0 OS if available or possibly mess around with a different radio file and see if that makes any difference, sorry you're still having trouble, good luck
