Which OS allows Chinese characters input?

Hi everyone,

I understand that the official release of this version "9630EastAsia_PBr4.7.1_rel105_PL4.1.0.65_A4.7.1.53 _ Reliance.exe" has Chinese input, but it still won't work when using text message. So my questions, does any of the leaked OS allow Chinese input in text messages? If any of these leaked versions happened to be the "All Lang" version?

Welcome to ::bbos::! Unfortunately I do not know if any do or not.

The Reliance 4.7.1.53 seems to be the ONLY one at this point next to the 4.7.1.40 East Asia, let me know if you find another--as I am trying to find one myself. I use mostly PinYin.
