Thread: NO Browser on 9850

is ther a way to put up a browser in 9850 or just use the Opera mini co'z the browser in my 9850 is not working.

There are a couple things you can try. First in Desktop Manager

1. Click the Device tab.
2. Click Delete Data in the list.
3. Choose Selected Data.
4. In the list of BlackBerry smartphone databases, select Service Book, then click Delete.
5. Click OK in the Warning window.
6. Click Close.
7. Disconnect the smartphone from the computer and perform a hard reset.

Restore the service book database

1. From the Home screen of the smartphone, click Options.
2. Click Device.
3. Click Advanced System Settings.
4. Click Host Routing Table
5. Press the Menu key and select Register Now.
6. Click OK.

The other thing you can do is back up your device and perform an OS update.
