From personal experience, I have taken apart several BlackBerry devices, and fixed them up.

Yes, you can use the LCD screen from a BlackBerry Torch 9860, to replace the Torch 9850 LCD screen.

The Torch 9850 and 9860 have exactly the same display specs;

TFT capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors Size: 480 x 800 pixels, 3.7 inches (~252 ppi pixel density)
