Thread: Buttons dont work

Dear Frieds,

I am using BB 9850 Sprint. I have upgrade the os with 7.0.0.374. Now, I got problem with the buttons. For call button cannot be contacted, menu button, track pad, and return button are not working. I am wandering, could it be from the software installed or may be because of dirt or defect of the product.

First thing, have you tried a battery pull restart since installing the OS?

Could be an OS issue you can try the latest version for the 9850.

Yup...yup...yup....disaster because of OS 7.0.0.464. After return to 261 the buttons work properly....

Well at least you got it sorted out
