    I would like to know if the "No Term" price the price is that anybody buy? And if so, how and where can I buy?

    I would just wait for them to start showing up on eBay and buy one used a great price. A lot of people will use the phone for a few days and may not like it at all. Happens all the time. But that is if you are comfortable buying on eBay, or if they will ship to where you are.

    isn't that kinda expensive for a contract phone?
    anyways a high contract price usually means a higher ebay price. but i guess its the new RIM flagship.

    I'm wondering when AT&T will announce the 9860...probably 4th quarter. Hopefully at a better 2yr contract price as well, otherwise I'll be getting the 9810 for $50 with a 2yr contract. I like the idea of getting a 9860 cheaper off eBay though.
