    Browser not working on wifi

I have been trying to connect to the internet using my browser thru wifi but everytime i do it, it says "unable to connect to internet. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact your service provider". Is this an issue with OS6? I tried it at different places with wifi but still same output. How can this be resolved?

Hey eddieyo1129, tell us a bit more. Can you connect to the internet over the mobile network? Do you just get this error over WiFi or also when you're connected to the regular mobile network?

Are you on a data plan package as well? Or are your roaming and have the option to turn off data services while roaming?

Thanks for visiting and enjoy using your BlackBerry!

Check your wifi settings and make sure you are actually connected. Sometimes it will look like you are (wifi icon on), but you won't be. If it's a saved wifi profile, delete it from your saved networks and try to log in to it again. Please post back and let us know what you find!
    BB then, now, forever!

Yes i can connect to the internet using my mobile network. My only problem is connecting to the internet using wifi. My browser always says that "unable to connect to the internet, pls try again later". If i use my mobile network, i easily connect but with wifi its a problem.

No sir, i"m not on a data plan. Just a regular plan meaning voice and texting only but if i use the fb, twitter and other internet services using my mobile network, i can connect. but thru wifi, my browser wont open.

I only get this message when I'm connecting thru wifi. If I use my mobile network, i am able to connect easily to the internet, to FB, twitter etc.

Have you tried cleaning the browser cache?

Do twitter and facebook work if you are on wifi as well?
