pls my blackberry 9800 wont turn on...if i insert the ba3...it brings d red light after the it goes of...But if i plug the charger...it will show a black screen with d Battery meter in the middle crossed....i tink it is hardware ...

The battery could have crapped the bed as well. Do you have another battery you could try?

i tried another battrey.. it was still d same..but someone told me it was hardware problem
