i tryed everything upgrade , downgrade but no luck same landscape works only when i watch any video just

When did this start? Has it ever worked?
yeah before it was working .. then dunno what happen i cant get it at all keyboard + landscape i tried all os and now im using 668 but no luck :(
Do you have any applications on there other than the ones that come with the phone? When you performed these updated are you restoring your backups?
Noo I wiped ma phone then I update without restoring but the same and then I restore even same no changes dunno what to do
You could try doing a security wipe and suing the default OS.

R u using a case for ur ? I had †ђξ same problem, till I later found out dat it was †ђξ case I used for †ђξ . Some cases wnt give such issues, while some wld.
the problem is in the play slider, has a magnet that, when closed, it activates the portrait or the virtual keyboard. if the magnet is not working, this function will not activate. has nothing to do with software ;).

This has nothing to do with the OS.
Just like the above post mentions, there is a device for detecting if the physical keyboard is closed. If this device has a defect the virtual keyboard/portrait mode will not turn on.
I would suggest you bring you device to a blackberry repair shop. Or if you are a little handy, have T2, T3, T4 screwdrivers and a hot air gun you could check/replace the device yourself
i am also going through the same problem .. somebody .. please help me .. ill be very thankful to you .. my bb's virtual keyboard and landscape isnt working .. ive tried everything .. but the result is still the same !!

What is a flax cable? I have had this same issue for 6 months.
Flex cable can be found in your blackberry back of the screen its like a cable that connects screen and mouse and the buttons that answer and rejects the call just change that and it will work again
