Thread: Charging issues

I've noticed that since upgrading to Bundle 2647, whenever I'm charging the lightning bolt flashes for a few seconds then to a solid plug and back to flashing again...is this normal? Or is this some bug? Any help would be appreciated.....

I've been having this same problem too! dont know y myself too.....just as curios as you are

Hey guys, are your devices still charging? If so, I wouldn't worry about it, it is most likely a OS bug. If you are having issues with charging then it could be a hardware issue.

HI.. If your BB is charging, then all izz well.
I also have same issue.. I don;t even see the lighening bolt when my device is charging...But If I go from main screen to a folder, then I can see the bolt.. SO itis some OS issue. Important thing is that your Bb should charge.
Also u can goto clock option & select - while charging - display clock.. That will put your clock on isplay when your BB is charging. A better & more bigger indicator that your BB is charging...

Also sometimes some themes don't show the lightening bolt flashing while charging & Sometimes it's a bug in the OS as said before.So if you're using a custom theme,activate the default theme.
