At this point if you want flash on a blackberry device you need to purchase a playbook.
The upcoming BlackBerry devices will be Flash supported with OS 7.

Do you have a source to support that?

That is what past reports say. But, I see no reason physically why the upcoming devices will not being able to support flash. If RIM is planning on supporting Flash, they are playing it safe by not saying so as of yet. Rumors have said that it will be BlackBerry OS 8 that supports flash. OS 7 will support HTML 5 however, like the iPhone, this has been confirmed.

I hope that there will be flash support, but I won't hold my breath. I will be getting the 9900 when it is released regardless of this.
I still doubt they aren't gonna come up with a Flash support in OS 7. Follow the link and give the story a read
BlackBerry OS 7 won't support Android apps or Flash

It all depends on what you like. If you like to use BlackBerries as a business-type phone, the Bold device line is the best-you won't get the clicky keys of the Curve line or the touchscreen problems with the Storm line. If you are a social person, you might want to check out the Curves, they are excellent for playing music due to the dedicated media keys on the top of the phone- I find myself using those quite often. Lastly, if you like gaming-on-the-go, the Storm would be the one for you. The touchscreen features make it a little bit like the iPhone, which has tons of gaming apps.
Wanna knw also will touch 9800 ever use d os 7 or d 6.1 os?
A lot of it boils down to if you use your phone for playing games, texting, or for business.
If you like playing games more, then generally the lager touchscreens like a Torch would be a great device. If you want more simplicity, then a Bold 9780 is a great device. I recommend that you go to a store that sells the devices and get a hands-on with them so you can know the feel that you like.
Let us know what you decide to pick!
