I assumed that Flash will only be on QNX Based devices. That said, I honestly never felt the need for Flash nor did I miss it. If I would wanna view a site that relies on flash heavily, i'll just use my notebook. But that's just me.
this is why i have been debating going to android. at first there was talks of the 9800 getting flash so i went with that as my upgrade from my bold. now it seems you have to have the torch 2 or any of the new devices to even get the new os.. so anyone who has baught a new BB this year is basically buying a phone that will be obsolete in a matter of months due to all the hardware restritions.... ohh RIM when will you learn....
So what everyone is saying we r not getting abode on bb torch
Im willing to bet we wont see flash on the 9800. I was hoping for it though.
I guess we just have to wait and c, what r the playbooks costing they have abode flash
Right, as far as the 9800 goes, probably a 99 percent chance that it won't see flash.
No flash for 9800. This is sad, really sad. But then again why would one need flash on a 3.2" screen? I don't even think the chipset has the capabilities for handeling Flash let alone flash-based websites
I can't believe we don't even get flash lite for the blackberry torch 9800 - even a tocco lite has flash lite which works fine and that's a very cheap and basic handset. Is their a way to get flash lite using a 3rd party app or flash lite on to the torch 9800, ps memory booster by s4bb really does speed up the torch a lot, I've got verion 6.0.0.600 and I've got 74mb free memory and 44used memory, runs smooth as.
