Thread: Blackberry issues

Ok im not tech savvy but I cant seem to get acess to the BB APP world says having trouble connecting and to verify my network connections, Also my BBM pin is not working as i add people it seems to be stuck on pending, this is my first BB handset after switching from Iphone/Dell and tbh like the handset just wish I could use the functions.

I best add i bought it on Ebay unlocked to all networks and currently have my O2 UK monthly sim in it

You need to make sure you have a BlackBerry data plan enabled on your account, it is not the same thing as a smartphonr data or iPhone data plan. Call your carrier to set up the Blackberry BIS service.

I get a lot of questions that are like this. Where the user has a data plan, their BB is not working, and it's because the data is not BIS service. A lot of users in countries that don't have a lot of BlackBerry users are sometimes mislead by the customer support of their carrier, simply because their carrier may not know how to setup BIS themselves.
