    Angry Module "DocsToGoCommon47" not found ... pls help !!!

    It worked for 5-6 days than it showed me this message : " Error starting WordToGo47:Module 'DocsToGoCommon47' not found ! What can I do to restore it without buying it again! It was preinstaled on my bb 9800!

    If there are missing modules under application details in options, then you may have to reinstall. Have you tried rebooting your device? Sometimes simple things like that can help. I'm pretty sure you will need a key to reactivate the product. If you got it pre installed then you may have trouble getting a hold of the original key. I would contact support to see about getting a new key.

    I m at my first berry and it's awsome but ... i hae this problem and your right it;s a big problem because it was preinstaled and the key it's ..... i think the right word it's missing ..... i've rebooted my device but the same problem persis ! I'm new in this so I'll trouble you again and ask you nice to tell me were to contact the support, at what adress???

    Have you made a backup of your device before this happened? Please do ONLY steps 1 and 2 on this guide to backup your device:
