Thread: BBM picture problems

Hi,
I'm new to BlacberryOS and new to Blackberry in general. I bought myself a BB Torch and I love the phone so far.

Recently i've noticed that i'm not able to view saved pictures that my BBM contacts have sent me.

They dowload ok but when I try to view them I get an error message.

Any ideas what could be wrong?
Its quite irritatting to be honest.

Lets start with something simple. When your downloading these pictures through BBM, have you noticed what file extensions they are by any chance?
