Looks just like a Verizon XV6600 that I had several years ago. Sure hope the battery life has improved! I know there are a couple used ones for sale on eBay if anyone wants to try one out. It was my first touchscreen PDA and it ran Windows Mobile. The slider worked well too whenever I got tired of the onscreen keyboard. This isn't innovation. This is copycat, plain and simple. Maybe the Audiovox design patent expired?

Good point. As long as it is not much thicker than the current STorm, I'd buy it. Too bad T-Mobile probaly won't get it :baby:

Cool phone, great way to come out of the ordinary blackberries for the people wanting a larger screen yet keep their qwerty keyboard YET hate touch screens. I can see this selling like hot pancakes.

It does not look thick at all, if you look at the sliding screen, it looks to be the same thickness as the storm or maybe even thinner since it seems that the beveled edges look closely down to that table.

I think the idea of a hybrid blackberry is awesome but if they do it, they need to get rid of the trackpad, and call buttons and just have a full touch screen on the front with a full keyboard.

Hopefully, the anticipated video coverage will be presented soon. Having a trackpad and a touchscreen seems odd in the first place, but when using the real keyboard the trackpad will be of great use, I would guess.

Sexy....kinda...I am not digging the idea of how close the QWERTY key row is to the bottom of the NavPad/Call/Menu keys.

As BBLeaks has claimed it would more than likely be in the BOLD family tree as opposed to the Storm - it is a GSM device and will more than likely be sold via ATT/Rogers/Etc.

Nice but could use some revisions - hope this is not the final model.

    That is my two cents.
