is my 9810 compatiable with the latest Os

I wipe my torch 9810 and update to bbm 7 and frm I did that I can't access back my bbm. It tells me enter my bb Id I do so and from saturday it keep on saying restoring bbm until now. This is crazy I need some help in getting back my bbm and contact plz

I had this problem also, but I managed to fix it.
Changed the blackberry ID, uninstalled bbm 7 and reinstalled it again via blackberrydotcomslashbbm (sorry I'm not allowed to post link here :D).
