9810 - Old mails and messages are getting deleted

Hi,

I have been using this 9810 since 3 months now and i have updated my os V7.1.0.536, recently i was checking my mails and messages which is getting deleted automatically and i can see the mails only for the 3 days and older mails and messages are not there..... any one please advice

Check your retention settings:

1.Open the Messages application.
2.Press the Menu key.
3.Click Options.4.Click Message Display and Actions.
5.Scroll down to Days To Keep Messages, and make sure this setting is set appropriately.

if you backup your data (include mail) before upgrade to os V7.1.0.536, you can restore it via BB Desktop Managaer, otherwise you can't.
