    Hello bishi and welcome to

    The mobile hotspot feature should be available in OS7.1.0.xxx for BlackBerry Torch 9810, and as a suggestion, I have found the latest Official OS7.1.0.569, which I will provide for you below;

    Discuss: Official OS 7.1.0.569 For BlackBerry Torch 9810 From VIVO (MultiLang)

    Please upgrade your BlackBerry Torch 9810 device, and keep us posted.

    Thank you.

    WHo is your carrier? It may be that your carrier has blocked the ability for hot spot connectivity.

    As newshutr said check with your carrier first to make sure they are not blocking it, then upgrade your device to a new build as grim stated.

    It's interesting to see, that Ufone Pakistan doesn't have OS7.1 yet for BlackBerry Torch 9810, only 7.0.0.585.

    The mobile hotspot feature is useless if your provider do not allow you to share

    As far as I know 7.1.xxx has 2 network mode: Automatic and Manual. You can't no longer choose the 4G&2G mode or 2G mode.
