It Shows everything But the OS. It Doesn't Even Show the Old O.S But I Deleted the old O.S. It Doesn't Show any O.S.

There are a few steps to make sure are happening.

    1. That you have installed a OS that is compatible for your 9810.
    2. You only have one OS installed on your computer. Delete all others.
    3. All vendor xml files have been deleted. There will be only two. Make sure you right click and select delete and that you go back in the folder to make sure they were deleted. You may need admin privileges.
    4. That you are going to the application loader.exe to install the OS from your computer to your BlackBerry.

Look here... How To search for & delete your vendor.xml file.

Find your Windows OS in the post and follow directions.
