where can i get OS 7.1 for the 9810

I,ve Tried and Tried and Tried to Load 7.1 on my 9810 it Just wont Work!! I've Looked for More Vendor Files Nothing, W'T'F

I've Tried every Which way Looked for more than one Vendor xlm File rebooted my P.C. The Farthest I Get is when the app Wizard Gets to the Point were its Gonna Load the New O.S. It Shows everything But the OS. It Doesn't Even Show the Old O.S But I Deleted the old O.S. It Doesn't Show any O.S.

There are a few steps to make sure are happening.

1. That you have installed a OS that is compatible for your 9810.
2. You only have one OS installed on your computer. Delete all others.
3. All vendor xml files have been deleted. There will be only two. Make sure you right click and select delete and that you go back in the folder to make sure they were deleted. You may need admin privileges.
4. That you are going to the application loader.exe to install the OS from your computer to your BlackBerry.

I Followed the how to Video on your Site. Were Would the other Vendor File be? I'm pretty PC Smart

I've Tried That Joe. Know What about This. Do you Delete the First Vendor File and go to your Receycle Bin. Then Search for the Second one? You Need to Have Some one Do a Demo Video on Windows 7. Because the Demo Video That's Up on This Site The Guy goes to Fast, Makes it Look Way To Easy. No Disrespect I Love this web Site But I Cannot DownLoad OS 7.1. And know my Phones acting up I think From Trying So Many Times so Know I Really want to install 7.1

It's not something that requires a video. I have done it a thousand times on my Windows 7 OS. Here are the paths you need to go to...

( C: )... Program Files(x86)... Common Files... Research In Motion... App Loader...

( C: )... Users... (your user directory)... App Data... Roaming... Research In Motion... BlackBerry... Loader XML...

If you go to these folder locations, find the vendor xml and delete, that is it. Then go out and back in the folder to make sure the file is no longer in there. You may need admin permissions if you are logged into Windows as a secondary user. In that case, right click on file and select delete.

Ok So I Found the second vendor file and it won't let me delete

I Finally got os 7.1.0.428 Looks Pretty Cool I Think My Cursors Not Working Because I Installed The Beta Blackberry app world a Couple days ago and I had to Copy and Paste a Password that was Sent Via E-Mail, Well I Finally got my old Desktop out Let it Run for a Couple Days Speed it up And I was Able to install 7.1 Thru Desktop Manager, Downloaded the File Got Rid of all the Vendor Files Rebooted The P.C opened up Desktop manager and there was an update:) But know my cursor doesnt work but i uninstalled app world reinstalled it I Thought it was the new one But it Just updated BB Messenger and i didn't see the all update button so that kinda sucks maybe it will come back after a couple battery pulls

I have recently bought 9810, its version is 7.0 bundle 1346(V7.0.0.261,platform 5.0.0.464) , please suggest me to improve my battery backup and browser shall i upgrade to 7.1 then which version and platform.. I am new to this so please advice. Musheer Ahmed,India
