    White Screen During Booting

    Helpppp....


    BB won't start...There is a white screen that pops up during the booting...When I pulled the battery out and put it again.The same thing happen again..
    What can I do?
    Please help....

    Are you getting any error messages or just blank white screen?

    If you are not getting any error messages just leave phone on for about five to seven minutes and then call it to see if LED indicator lets you know a call is coming in.

    Please help....
    If you get an error message like error 507 or any other error code reinstall the OS with the lastest stable release. Head down to the download section here on BBOS for your version and model. The reinstall instructions can be found in my signature.

    If you see a complete white screen without error then it could be your display needs replacement. What blackberry model are you using?

    Your issue sounds like the "BlackBerry White Screen of Death".

    There is nothing wrong with your BlackBerry screen.
