I have a blackberry 9810 torch..
After I restart my bb, it can't finish its booting process. I already wait for around 20min but it still not finish..
I stuck around 75 or 80 % of the booting bar progress..

Do you have the device plugged in when trying to restart?

It's most likely a OS issue and you will need to reinstall the OS on your device.

Could you guide me what I should do?

Based from what you have mentioned, yeah I would agree to Boss Joe..
Try to do a hard reset like for 2-3 times. If nothing happens then I suggest you update your device OS

i have similar issue with mine but now the screen is blank. it is totally blackout without anything. what can i do to start up my phone again

Are you able to back up your phone through device manager?

i didnt back up. i dont mind if i loos my data on the phone but want the phone back to life
