What can cause my bb 9810 touch screen to stop work?

Could be a number of issues. Does it not respond at all?

I wipe the phone and reinstall the updated os. Change the track pad what's left to be done?

cgtboy87, you have posted in 2 different areas of BBOS Forum, speak of 2 different BlackBerry devices, there was never any mention of a track pad issue until you mentioned it in another thread for a BlackBerry Torch 9800, but in this thread, the device in question is a BlackBerry Torch 9810.

Can you please clear up this confusion, so we may be able to give you a more precise solution to your issues?
