With AT&T getting ready to throttle my data speeds, a "materially adverse" terms change to me, I will be forcing AT&T to put me on a month-to-month plan, or allow me to do an early upgrade to my next BlackBerry, the Torch 9810. I'm sure they would not want me to take all five of my lines off contract, after all, keeping me in a contract is the purpose of my contract.
