Have you tried P9981 Theme for Bold 9700 by LED or if you're a bit creative, you can also make your own themes for your BlackBerry Bold 9700 BlackBerry Theme Studio

is there any update on themes for us 9850 users ....NFL teams and other? Has RIM released theme developer yet for OS 7.0 devices?

Not yet, but should be soon. A lot of theme devs are waiting for the official software to udpate as the hack way only gives you a partial theme.
